Product Description
Wood grain finish machine is used for transferring wood grain on surface of aluminum profiles
Process method ( use wood paper):
1. Cut the wood paper into strip shape, the size is fit for packaging the aluminum profiles
2. Package the aluminum profiles by wood paper, then put them into insulation bag
3. The head of insulation bag is tied, another head is connected with vacuum head, and pump vacuum from this head
4. Convey them into furnace to heat by trolley
5. After heating for 8 minutes, the wood grain will be transferred on surface of aluminum
6. Blow the air and water into insulation bag by water ring pump, at the same time, convey them out of the furnace
7. Remove the insulation bag and wood paper, then you will see the clear wood grain on surface of aluminum profiles

2. Adopts hot air circulation, which use hot air to heat, circulating use. So it can saves energy very much
3. Adopts three layers insulation cotton, the thickness attain 20 cm, so it can save energy too, and makes the furnace outside is low, so it is safe to labor
4. Adopts high configuration, such as imported motor
5. Easy to operate
6. Wood grain has natural effect, and the wood paper and insulation bag is removed easily
7. All kinds of aluminum profiles can be printed
